Really, keeping my focus on 21 days at a time has done wonders for my commitment. The time just seems to fly by!
NightAngel26, my elliptical is a Welso Momentum 710. I got it from Walmart about 10 years ago (yikes that's a long time, lol) for about $150. I wanted to get a treadmill back then, but new ones are so pricey! It's held up great after all these years, and I've used it very frequently. Ellipticals seem to have a lot fewer parts that can break down, so I think it's a great investment.
Day 1: exercised (run + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 2: exercised (walk) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 3: exercised (elliptical + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 4: exercised (elliptical) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 5: exercised (elliptical + weights) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 6: exercised (run) / Used pause #1 on calories!
Day 7: exercised (run + weights) / Used pause #2 on calories!
Day 8: exercised (run + elliptical) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 9: exercised (run) / stayed under 1500 cals
Day 10: exercised (walk) / stayed under 1500 cals
