    Day 5 7/17 8651 Steps... Walked 1.5 miles at night... need to do more!
    Day 6 7/18 6328 steps.. Rained at night.. so no walking outside.. just around the living room LOLOLOL

    Day 10 7/19 32 Squats... I am doing this!! and I am liking my keister better!

    Day 16 7/25 BAD DAY all around... Will do 38 & 39 tomorrow

    Need to start over -- Tho I did do 38 on the 27th and 39 on the 28th....
    well in that case I will keep going and then start over

  • Argh, I went to my sister's house and fell off the bandwagon.
    For the next 21 days I am striving to do some sort of physical activity that gets me sweating.

    Next Challenge to do a minimum of 6500 steps..will start that soon... but I am doing SQUATS every day!! Yes I am!!!

  • Well.... I have noticed.. since I stopped posting on this thread... I am not consistant.. so the "habit" I was trying to create did not stick... Need to start again... So walking 7000 steps a day for 21 days 2 days off if needed. I only average 3200 steps at work... so this WILL make me walk at home!

    8/30 7305 (walked 1 mile inside house)
