Alright, I was hoping this water weight I keep retaining WHILE I AM SLEEPING would go away but it isn't sadly :\. Sooo. Here is my report in -4.4 pledge met, Pledge for next week 1 lb (I don't think I will lose more than this since I keep retaining water! ARGH!

Wahoo! This was a good week!

This morning's weigh-in was 200.4! Yippee! My goal of 'anything under 203' was definitely met. It was so nice to see the scale move steadily down, down down. At the moment, I'm a happy camper. .4 more pounds to meet my January goal. 199 Here I come and then.....there I'll go never to see you ever again!

Lost- nothing. I was on vacation all week so I shouldn't be too surprised- back to the grind tomorrow.

I forgot to post my pledge for this week.... I want to meet my goal of 200 by February 2nd. I know I have .6 to go to get there but still, it's been my goal for the entire month of January....

I'm sorry! I'm here, just a little late.

Ok! Pneumonia is gone, a small blessing is that I still lost two pounds--not wanting to eat anything probably the reason why! Anyway.

I started Monday off at 198.6.

My pledge is somewhere in the 196's. (hopefully a flat 196 or even a 195.8)

The irony of everyone disappearing is that for once i made both goals of loss AND exercise! But that was last week . . .
