  • How's everybody doing three weeks in? Does anyone have a good exercise plan for Thanksgiving? I'm looking for good ideas because the best I've got at the moment is to see if I can get everyone to take a walk after the meal, but it looks like it might be raining.

  • I took 2 days off from exercising but got back to it today. I feel a little guilty cause I ate super super bad and off plan for Thanksgiving and the day after, but it's one day and it's over now and i'm back OP!
