Down to 237.6. Ticker says I have lost 20 lbs but I really have .8 lbs to go... Hoping to get that by the end of the week.

Good morning Ladies! I hope everyone's week is going well! It's ALMOST friday! :)
Due to my large appetite and lack of control during PMS, I have eaten 2000-2200 calories each day for the past couple days, but all relatively healthy stuff, lots of protein veggies etc so I don't feel guilty. I've just been real hungry! Today I'm going to try to get back on track and eat a little less, have a protein shake for a snack, do a little more cardio, and get to bed early. I weighed in at 144.6 this morning, which is the lowest weight I've EVER seen on the scale, despite having eaten more the past few nights than usual. I'm really happy about that! My goal was to get to 145 by Thanksgiving and maintain it, and I am there! Now just gotta make sure I keep OP for the next couple weeks! Woohoo! I'm at 9 days of 20 that I want to be below 77kgs. How is everyone else doing?

Good Morning Everyone! :wave: This week was a tough one; the boyfriend's birthday was Thursday, and Friday became a sodium filled, eat out every meal day. :( HOWEVER - I was able to eat clean the rest of the week, and get rid of the water weight for a small loss this week. :)
