I would love to lose ten lbs this month which to be honest has hardly ever happened to me lol but hey nothing beats a try. This has always been the hardest decade for me the 220s and Im sure the two teens will be even harder to get out of. Good luck everyone!

I'm brand new here! I love doing challenges, though! So, my goal is to lose 8 lbs (about 2 lbs per week)!
Starting weight: 166 Goal weight at the end of Oct: 158. (I haven't seen that number in a year, despite lots of diets and exercise, so hopefully this forum can help encourage me and motivate me!) |
