Im in. im already doing the challenge for october, but i am enjoying it so a 6 month one will be great:) I would like to be 277 by then.. that's 40 lbs...i know that's a lot but here's hopin lol

I didn't exercise for a few days last week, so I went up from my low of 217, but I still lost 1/2lb. compared to my last weigh in. I'll work harder this week. Hope everyone else is doing great things!

April 1: I would love to meet all of my goals, I know I have to take it day by day and each day is a challenge to complete my exercise and to fight putting bad food in my body. I have been losing about 3 pounds per week for awhile, and I know that won't last forever but I hope to continue doing the best I can and to reach new heights in my life. |
