I ate it because I was way under my calories for the day, which for me, puts me right into starvation mode and affects me for a week. I'll be better today and no eating after 7 again! |

hugs to y'all~ It's my time of month~So I am 159.2 tonight...Which is ok~i normally tend to go up 3 to 5 pounds during this time...So I am hoping & hanging in for those 140's soon...then 130's here I come....GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!! We can all so do this!
