Oh during weight loss~ My highest I ever got back up to after 259.9 start weight Was 163.8~Which was August 29th 2012~Just a few weeks ago & I THOUGHT TO MYSELF I DIDN'T DO ALL THAT HARD WORK JUST TO GO BACK UP AGAIN~SO I SAID Thats enough Non calorie counting days Lori~Just because u did it doesn't mean it will stay off on it's on...This is a total lifetime change~HANG IN THERE EVERYONE!!! So to be to 155 right now from then is such an accomplishment~I will never again get lazy when I get to goal~I will hang in there...I will be a size 0 Or 2 again!)

@Beach - :yay: Good job on being overweight! (Yes, sounds funny - but you get it. ;) ) Today SW: #229.6 CW: #228.2 GW: #224.6 I think it was the bowl of cereal at 8:30 last night. I ate it because I was way under my calories for the day, which for me, puts me right into starvation mode and affects me for a week. I'll be better today and no eating after 7 again! |

hugs to y'all~ It's my time of month~So I am 159.2 tonight...Which is ok~i normally tend to go up 3 to 5 pounds during this time...So I am hoping & hanging in for those 140's soon...then 130's here I come....GOOD JOB EVERYONE!!!! We can all so do this!
