I'm in as well! I'd like to get down to the 210's, but that's a pretty lofty goal. Then again, I'm starting back up and expect to lose some water weight.

Hey girls!

I had a huge emotional binge a couple of days ago but I managed to make it just one day and didn't hate myself afterward. Just moved forward.

First September weigh in was Friday and I lost 3.2 lbs! :carrot:

hi everyone! I am going to join in! I weighed in last Friday at 150.2 lbs and I want to get down to 147 lbs by the end of September! Been eating 1200-1300 calories a day with friday and saturdays more like 1600-1700 and working out 6x a week cardio, 3x a week strength. I really want to keep it up! I feel like I have a lot of motivation and momentum now. I want to get this weight off before winter, where I will probably lose a little motivation to not hibernate haha! good luck everyone, happy monday, and have a great OP week!

Hello Everyone,
I Would love to join in September weightloss group. I used to post here and got away from it. Posting daily helped me stay accountable, and focused on my healthgoals. I am restarting today with calorie counting, and exercise. I know I will feel better, and more in control;)
My Sept Weightloss goal:
216.0 (which is about 5 pounds)
