Good mroning ladies,

Steph - Of course we want you to join in the August OP challenge. You have made a major accomplishment losing almost 90 pounds so you are more than welcome to join us. Even if you've not done all that you wanted to, you have been encouraging to us.

Penguin - Glad you had a nice day. Dont forget to post a pic of your sweater when you finish.

I'm looking forward to having a good day. I started the morning with a 55 minute brisk walk at Stone Mtn. I just love getting my exercise in early in the am. The workout gave me 300 extra calories for the day but I probably won't use them.

Hello and Happy Monday!

I hope you ladies are all doing okay today.

I'm having a great day so far. I've resisted cupcakes & muffins and had no desire to eat any.

Not very exciting weekend but this week is getting hectic already. Hubby is taking a 'non-destructive testing' class today but he's been told he'll have to go back to NYC tomorrow morning and stay until Friday! Thanks for the warning people! I can't text him for details because he's in class.

Where has the day gone? I've been working on the clutter in the sewing room {and other places}. I get it under control then a weekend comes and it comes back with friends.

Gettin, here's what I have so far. I'm having issues with the way the sleeves turned out see last picture, so I'm going to rework the batwing part. http://ravel.me/patchworkpenguin/id6br

Steph, it used to be the sewing room but I quit sewing due to vision problems. Then the yarn addiction began. I'm trying to get a handle on it by not buying yarn and figureing out what I have so I can use it .
