Good morning everyone,

I missed posting yesterday and I screwed up I ate some fat free frozen yogurt and some Ritz crackers. Today is a new day and I'm going to get back on track and stay on track for the rest of the month!

I hope everyone else is hanging in there! WE CAN DO IT

TMI. Read at your own risk

I am so sick. I have eaten off plan all day. I didn't have sugar till about an hour ago. I got a Mcdonalds 10 pc nuggets meal with a large Frappe to drink. About 45 minutes later I barely made it to the bathroom before throwing all of it up. I think I just threw up stuff I ate a week ago Sorry for the TMI.

I used to eat that at least once a week. I guess that my body just can't handle those foods anymore. It was an emotional eating episode. It's been a rough few days for me and I fell into my usual coping mechanisms. I won't be having anything except water for the rest of the day and I will take tomorrow one meal at a time and try to do well.

CurvyNerd, it's OK. It's part of the process.

I went off today, as well. Really enjoyed the meal, felt comfortable even though I was realizing how off I was going. Now I just feel over-loaded and disappointed that I missed an opportunity to shine

So I'm sitting here with a glass of seltzer, and there's a pot of tea on the stove for tomorrow's iced tea, and I'm realizing that I really need to make my own meals. It's just that simple.

Feel better. And remember, it's really great that you can't eat that stuff anymore! The work that you're doing with your 'diet' is work that lots of folks don't do. So you are making great progress.

Thanks Exhale. I have never eaten so much that I threw up. Then for it to happen with something that I used to eat regularly was unreal.

It's been 2 whole weeks. We're halfway there!

If you get nothing else from this month's challenge, you've gotten a real gem.

Good morning ladies,

CurvyNerd - I hope you recovered from Friday. I had the same experience on Friday and yesterday. I was so out of control and I HATE that. I feel like crap this morning. Today I am getting back on the wagon and back to NO sugar. We can finish the last half of the mont STRONG. Let's do it.

Exhale - Great job getting back on track.

I'm ready to have a good day. I am determined to get rid of at least 20 pounds before Oct 4 when I go on vacation. I pulled out my cruise clothes and in order for me to fit most of them, I need to get rid of about 20 pounds.

I hope you all have a great day

Hi everybody - Happy Recommitment Sunday !

I was wondering the other day why I don't just quit certain foods because I no longer enjoy them...because they either just don't 'do it' for me, or actually give me a headache or bloat. I wonder if there's something about having a 'weight loss' motivation that screws things up, as if I'm not good enough as I am now to want my food to not make me sick....

GettinFit - what's your plan for dropping those lbs?

Have a great day everybody !

Exhale - My plan is to stay sugar free and stay away from unhealthy carbs. I will also workout 5 times a week for at least 30 mins. If I do this, I know I can easily drop 20 pounds by Oct.

Good morning ladies,

Exhale - I can't wait to be able to change my name from gettinfit to gotfit

Well I did good yesterday until about 4 when I gave in and bought a small cake I don't know what was wrong with me but I gave in and did it! I was so upset with myself and this morning I felt sooo bad. I have a serious problem with eating junk food and I need to correct it. I know once I get it out of my system, I'm good. Once I get a taste of it I just want more and more. Today I am revisiting my Beck Diet Solution materials to get myself back on track. I'm feeling like such a failure because I've been trying for so long to lose weight and keep it off. It seems like I always take 1 step forward and then I take 2 steps backward. When will it ever click for me Sorry about the negative rant guys

Today has been good. No sweets and lots of water (I brought the leftover cake to work and put in the break room).

Here's my journal for today:

B: coffee, cheeries, strawberries
L: Turkey breast on pumpernickle w/cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo
S: Greek yogurt
D: Chicken salad on lettuce, 100 cal YoCrunch Yogurt
Exercise: Walk for 30 minutes
