Hello everyone, and welcome to all the newcomers!

The month started off rough for me. My daughter and I both had the flu. I've never been sick like that and for so long before. It's been a week and I'm still not completely better yet. Hopefully the last bits of being sick will go soon, I need my energy back so I can get back to my exercise routine.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

After church and lunch, Hubby and I did some shopping and I bought the last things for my latest project a sewn tote for my knitting. I wanted some magnetic 'snaps' for the top, to help close it.

tote http://i554.photobucket.com/albums/j...pics/002-7.jpg {note April in the back chewing on her bone, eyes aglow}
inside with more pockets http://i554.photobucket.com/albums/j...pics/003-2.jpg {I love pockets!}

Kim, hope you and DD are doing better today.

Gettin, I've tried some peaches recently but they haven't been ripe enough yet. Maybe living in GA helps, lol.

Good morning ladies,

Penguin - Your bag turned out really nice. You are so talented! Yep the GA peaches have been really good so far. I hope you have a great day!

Hopefully, everyone else is doing okay and have just been too busy to check-in. I hope you all have a great OP week!

I did very good over the weekend, even getting back to exercising. My goal this week is to get back down to 211 by next Monday. Lately my knees have been bothering me and I know it's because of the excess weight. I am going to work very hard to get down to onederland before the summer is over.

Today's Journal

B: Greek yogurt, banana, coffee
L: Healthy Choice, YoCrunch Yogurt, 2 pcs dark choc
S: pear,
D: grilled chicken, grilled asparagas, frozen yogurt
Exercise: Firm or walk if it's not raining

I hope everyone is doing okay. After work tonight, I went to a new WW meeting. I really like this leader so I decided to go back to her meeting instead of my At Work meeting. I'm looking forward to a great OP week and I can't wait 'til my W/I next Tuesday.

We had a big storm that knocked a huge tree down a few streets over that knocked our power out. We just got it back on this evening. We had to clean out the fridge, go shopping, etc. Not a fun few days. But we have a gas water heater so at least we could shower!

Hopefully tomorrow will be back to normal!

My parents are taking me to lunch today. We are going to a new Mexican place. I'm really enjoying being able to turn on a switch and have something happen!

I'm having a lazy day today. Our church is having VBS this week so our knitting meeting was cancelled. I did some of today's to-do's yesterday. I should get into my sewing room and continue the clearing and cleaning. Its supposed to be in the 90s again this week although the humidity is down as far as I can tell.

The man who owns 'the hoarders house' next door has finished cleaning out the backyard and the garage. He's taking a break from the cleaning to fix the landscaping and some structure damage. They took the two HUGE piles of garbage from in front of the house yesterday with a crane and 2 dump trucks! What a relief!

One of those weird workout days when I felt I needed to do something but didn't really want to do anything, but I did manage 45min of cardio.

I lost two lbs this past week. Now if I can just manage to keep them off!

ETA: I did the Yellow, Blue, and Purple miles from Leslie's 5DWP = 50min cardio then realized I was scheduled for weights today. See this is what happens when I think I know what I'm doing.

Hubby called to say they brought in a lot of work for him to do at the last minute so he'll be working late today. sigh.
