June Exercise Challenge
Here's our thread for logging exercise in June. State your goal now and track it through the month. As we meet our goals, we change them to RED in the list in celebration. It's all more motivating than you might expect so join us!

My goal, as usual, is 1400 minutes of exercise in June.
But June, for me, is going to be anything but usual with some travel, so it's going to be interesting to see how I manage to get my exercise in. It's also going to be interesting to see how I manage this thread. Be patient if it takes me awhile to get our goals list compiled. I'll get it done before the end of the month when we start meeting our goals! We did terrific in May with lots of goals turned RED -- I'm looking forward to more activity and actions in June! |

My exercise may not be as intense as usual, but I'm still planning to get it done! I'm going to shoot for 20 days this month.

Count me in! I'm doing the Memorial Day to Labor Day Challenge weight-loss challenge as well. My exercise goals include:
1000 fitness minutes (at least 60 minutes, 6 times per week) Running 3x per/week (had been doing this but have become inconsistent and complacent) A successful June to us all!:) |
My goal is to go to the gym and do atleast 30 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week.

gardenjoy-have fun on your travels! This month I'm going to aim for 60 hours. Last month I ended with 50, but could have easily done more if I had been super dedicated. 60 is like my ultimate goal I think :carrot: |
