6/11 40 minute run 70/40/30
Well, my original goal was 1000 fitness minutes (any exercise could help fulfill this goal). I really thought it would be a reach as my exercise had been inconsistent and seemed more like a chore than doing something healthy and good for myself. This challenge has inspired me; now it looks like I'm going to have to set a new goal for myself which is great.
One of the great things about fitness and exercise goals is that there always bars we can set and challenges we can create for ourselves.
