SW: 185 (FINALLY, OMG. LOL.)

20lbs is totally doable, now that I've finally busted through my upper 180's.

Thanks!! I about passed out, lol. Such a long time coming. Apparently eating 1350 and doing super-fast-running sprints is helping. And I feel much better hitting that and being all 'i have 20lbs till goal'... it made it that much more attainable!

And you can SO DO 129 by labor day. We so have this.

Congrats Kate!!!

I'm at 159 today (up just a bit) and leaving for the beach in TWENTY FIVE DAYS! Hopefully I can get this to move a bit more before then!

So starting weight here is 159, original was 235
Goal weight is 138-145... somewhere in there...

I'm in! I'm just dropping my ovulation gain, but I'll count from where it "should" be in a few days which is 165.

So SW is 165:
Goal is 155.

Then, the 155-165 I think will be my maintenance range, with HOPING to keep it closer to the 155-160 for my usual monthly ups and downs with hormones. The extra five pounds for around the holidays.

Restart 5/18/15 began at 263.9. All time high was 275 in 7/03. Low in Summer 2012 of 169.

I would like to join too.. My goal is 130! I usually go on and off with my weight-loss program. Hoping I wud stick for Good this time..

I would like to join also if you have the room.Starting current weight 219 goal 25 pounds which will be 196 by Labor Day.Mini goal for myself 16 pounds by vacation 7/28.Thank you.

No problem! Sum and I decided we might as well keep going, since it worked so well for us before. I like little groups. We stay accountable!

And WOO HOO to the 184. I did just have sushi, lol, but that's okay. I'll drink an extra green tea later on.

I'm thinking I'll see what I look like/how I feel at 165 and then determine if I want to a) maintain or b) keep going... and then try to decide on a maint weight once I'd get to, say, 160 or 155. ONE FIFTY FIVE sounds nuts.

Thanks LoseIt!! Thanks. It's been harder and a lot longer than I'd like, but my body is in charge - I'm just along for the ride!

It is getting easier to see the 'end point' now that I'm closer. It always seemed so.far.off. SO FAR. But now, its... 19lbs away. ONLY! I've done that lots.

I had a huge NSV today, I am officially off my blood pressure meds! Amazing what weight loss can do
