  • Just a little NSV. Had to buy new workout clothes. My pants are getting a bit loose and my shirts are looking tentish. I never realized how much my stomach stretches out the bottom of my shirts until I started shrinking!

    Was very excited to buy large pants and a large quickdry shirt, not extra large!! Woohoo!!! Love buying a size without an X in front of it!

    Have a great week everyone!! Lots of exercise on the schedule for me with a dance show I'm in, training for inline skating, and Zumba.. hope it shows come next Tuesday!

    For you! It is always such a fantastic feeling when your clothing is getting big instead of tight.

    AFM, I have been eating great. Monday I lifted/weight trained and today was 45 min of cardio on the eliptical and abs. I can start to feel muscles in my arms and my thighs are getting tighter in the past month plus

  • I would love to join! I'm always looking for new challenges and this one is right up my alley. I'm hoping to lose 15-20lbs by September 3rd! I'll be doing weigh-in every Friday since that's what I've been doing for the past 3 months.

    YAY!!! I bet that felt great! Congrats! I'm hoping to be at this point by July 11th.

    I began this challenge late, Thursday, May 31 and my regular weigh in day is Friday so I wanted to wait a full week before my first weigh-in. I'm actually surprised by the loss as TOM is right around the corner. I consistently gain 3-5 lbs of water weight before and during it. It will be interesting to see what next week's weigh in reveals. Regardless, I am happy for the loss
