Haven't been working out as much as I'd like to, but at least I'm still losing. I'm going on vacation to the Smoky Mountains in a little over a week and I can't wait! Going to be going white water rafting and doing lots of hiking!!

Ya' know, it's not a lot of weight, but I'm happy with it. I've lost weight fast before through a variety of unwise and unhealthy ways. I know that slow loss is typically lasting loss. Being involved in this challenge and the June exercise challenge has really focused me. Admittedly, I haven't been perfect (far from it), but I feel like I've rediscovered my commitment to healthy eating and exercise. This is a life long journey and I need to remember that. Prior to being officially part of 3fc and doing the challenges my weight loss had flat out stalled. Accountability and having daily goals has pushed and helped me tremendously. Thank you all for your support and kindness. Here's to a fantastic July!

Only a 2 lb loss for the month :( The good news is that I finally found my motivation and got back into the gym today!! Plan on keeping this trend going and hope to lose at least 5lb in July!

5-28- I weighed myself yesterday but had a busy busy day relaxing in the ocean -.- :) can't wait to lose some weight!

6-4 - I've had an insanely busy week my fiancι who is stationed 5 hours away had acl surgery and I drove there and back got him everything he needed made sure he got help with a bath and got him groceries in less than 30 hours so I only worked out twice this past week but I stuck to my eating habits atleast which helped

6-11 drove 40 hours this weekend ( 5hours to panama city, then to Ohio, then back to Pc... Then back to my abode) it was very very hard to eat healthy I did my best also I had my mirena removed and my paragard put in so I know I had some swellon from that procedure, hopefully I start to break thru this..


6-18 Finally broke thru the damn plateau! This week was good to me for the scale but I really stuck to it, and tried to make things happen. If this can continue on I'd be a really really happy girl!

6-25 I stayed on plan ate well drank lots of water, good to see a loss again, let's keep this up!

7-2 I went thru some mega fluctuating this week idk if I ate too much salt and suffered for it all week cause I spiked up high for a few days and finally made it back down

AH! How did I know the closer I got to 199 the slower the weight would come off?!??!? :dizzy:
And can't believe we're almost halfway through the challenge!!
Really striving for a 3lb loss this week!! I am having ovulation bloating at the moment, so really think I actually did better this week than the scale is showing, and hoping it'll reflect next week. I have a lot of training going on this week as well, so I am setting my sights high. If I can pull off 3 next week I will be somewhat on track for coming close to my challenge goal.

I actually find the summer the easiest time for me to lose weight. I think because it's so hot, it's easier for me to eat less because feeling full & being hot just make me miserable. I drink a ton more water and I'm more active. In the fall/winter I just want to hibernate like a bear & get fat. I really want to get out of the 160s!!!!! I'm hoping I can give it my best effort this week so I can see that 159 on Monday but I'm having a lot of junky food cravings so I'm trying my best to keep those at bay.

Toodles - As long as I stay focused, it is easier for me to lose in summer too. In the summer I have a lot more time, which really helps with staying active. I had lost focus for a couple weeks, but I am back at it full steam ahead.

190.6 today, 180's here I come!!!

Really hoping I can make it. I did have a whoosh this past week, but I also got a new scale. I wouldn't be surprised if it hovered again. Guess we'll see.

Only 7 pounds go to and 7 more weeks. I hope hope hope I can at least pull out 1 pound a week and make my goal!

So far 18.8 pounds lost! BTW I think I hate the 170s more than the 180s and 190s. (But not more than the 200s of course!!!)
