I'm at the end of my June challenge (it was on the 100 pound forum) which is the first challenge I have completed. I can't believe how much it has helped me and I was just thinking...maybe I'll see if anyone wants to join me for a Labor Day challenge? Well, looks like you all have it together already! Hope it's okay if I record every Monday. I've found that works the best for me.

I would like to lose 28 pounds by Labor Day.

I will weigh in on Monday, but I'm guessing my start weight will be about 140.

I'm in. I'd like to lose 30 pound by Labor Day. I'm taking it a day at a time though. I weigh daily but record Saturday.

Hi ladies, I'd love to join you all on this challenge! I'm going for a big push this summer because I'd really like to reach my goal weight by my birthday in mid October. It would be nice to get to spend the last year of my 20's in a healthy body. =)

I weigh in on Saturdays so I'll just update on my own dates. My goal weight for September 3rd will be 157. Very ambitious for me, but I really want to go for it. =) Good luck to everyone on reaching their goals!

Deep breath. Yes. Must start back again. Last year I made it to 156, lost my handle, went up to 163. Visited my family, they were happy of my weight loss! I was thrilled that finally my Mom said something nice about my weight loss. Came back home, and totally lost 'myself' in celebration of surviving a visit to my Mom... now I'm back up to 170. Shame on me. So. Must start back. Now. Now is the time.

I'm thinking 20 lbs. I want a reachable goal for me...
