  • Morning everyone!
    Well, I had been away all weekend, and then up 2 nights with sick kids, including last night. Didn't even attempt to get on the scale this morning, as I know I am all out of whack, add the fact that TOM is due Friday and I am just not in the mood to see that number. I hate to skip a week, but I am beat and don't need any bad news. LOL I will see the scale next Tuesday and look forward to it being a lower number than I am sure it is today!

    On a positive note, I took part in a skating marathon this weekend and did awesome!! 26.2 miles, I am very proud of that accomplishment, so that's what I am taking away from this past week! Reaching a major non-scale goal and fitness level!!!

    I have to say I am looking forward to the regular routine the fall will bring!

  • I'm definitely on track to make goal! 9 pounds to go, 5 weeks left. Cutting it close, I thought I'd be ahead of the game at this point, but July threw me for a loop.

    The last couple of weeks have been a real bummer on the scale, I have been on plan, so it's disappointing. I did do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 2 days in a row and could barely walk, so I am hoping my muscles are holding onto water as they repair. If the scale starts moving I could still make my goal. Come on scale give me a big drop next weigh in!!

    5 pounds in 3 weeks is not exactly fast but I am happy with the numbers going DOWN and not up! 10 pounds lost this summer all together.
