6/22 157 lbs.

Well, at least I maintained and I'm happy for that. A couple of years ago I was down to 144 for a few months but unfortunately kept no record of how I achieved that. I received my food scale yesterday so I'm both excited and anxious about discovering what I REALLY eat and the overlooked ways I'm cutting corners. I just had an overall check-up in May and aside from low Vitamin D levels, received a very clean bill of health. My exercise is nearly daily and intense so ultimately, my slow loss is food related. Time to start tracking.

Taking a big belly flop in June. But vacations are over and back to the grind.
Hopefully July and August will be much better. :)
Great job for those on track and for the others please come and join me as we jump back on the weight loss train. We can do this!!!

i'm still here and checking in! I have no intentions of giving up on this!! The week started off good but TOM came today and brought 3 lbs with it!! Of course it doesn't help that I didn't stop eating all day yesterday as my PMS cravings were out. of. control...I was a bottomless pit! The good news is that only 3 days ago I was down almost a pound from my last weigh in. So I am begrudgingly posting my actual weigh-in from this morning with the hopes that next week TOM will be over and I'll be down again!! I am so eager to be out of the 160's!!!! It seems to be taking forever!

So I am finally back on a losing scale!! Its not as much as I had hoped for but its TOM right now so I am crossing my fingers for a better number next week. I've also just recently added a workout video to my routine at nights and started hitting the gym early in the morning before work instead of at night to change things up a little.

Ooops! I haven't posted in 2 weeks :o I started a new job and between that, school ending for my kids and end of baseball season, I had a lot of activities to attend. Also my weight has been fluctuating like crazy!! Drives me nutso :dizzy:
