don't think i'm gonna hit my goal ladies...
i started off strong with 3.1 lb gone each of the first two weeks. then i gained 2.4, and this week only lost .2.
i'm not over eating, i'm keeping my calories in the range MFP has me to lose 1.5 per week, but i'm starting to wonder if i need to up that or something. i'm exercising like nuts, and eat more on the days i work out. though i'm thinking the strength training might be the culprit.
anyway, i might have to adjust my goal from 20lb to 15lb and see if i can make that.
