right then. its 5 weeks on monday untill monday 29th feb. whos with me in trying to loose 10lbs in the next 5 weeks. thats an average of 2lbs a week.
im hoping to be 192 by monday so im hoping i can have a goal of 182. which will put me at 13 stone woop woop

I've had a mini-goal of 130 for a few weeks and seem to have plateaued, so this is an excellent push for me to lose that. :3

how's everyone doing? I weigh on Saturdays so will update tomorrow, I've had an odd week eating wise and hoping that I've lost but wouldn't be suprised if I gained a lb so I'll be crossing everything!! hope everyone's ok!!
If you don't mind, I would love to join! I have been having a very difficult time trying to lose weight so far. Last month I lost 3lbs in the first week and a half, and then just oscillated back and forth between the same 3 lbs. I had no problem losing 40 lbs two years ago... but now relosing this 12 is proving to be quite difficult.
I doubt I can lose 10 lbs this month, but heck, I am going to try!!!!
welcome balancedlife, plateaus can be hard to break, I was in one for 3 weeks so I upped my excercise, had a few less slices of bread a week and it seemed to break it!
iv weighed in today and im down 2lbs at 190 now.
ill be very suprised if i actually manage to get to 10lbs down, maybe 7-8 but im going to give it a good go
