Hey everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for a bit.. I have been crazy busy.. my family is visiting and I haven't seen them since July. I have some good news to share.. i was able to run my 1st mile ever last night!! So exciting.. and walked another 2 after that.. it feels good to do something I never have before.Now I just need to keep losing.. i weight in at 197 this morning... 2 more lbs and I'll have a 30 lb loss!

Bellasmommy, congrats to you!!! What an accomplishment! (Both running the mile and the weight loss.)

Hey ladies so glad to see you are still losing! I just cant get my sh$$t together it seems. Still haven't lost or gained anything. I guess I've got maintenance down. But im not done losing yet. They blocked 3fc at work so im not visiting like I should. have a great Op day ladies.

I'm not losing anything, either. Just staying the same, which is really frustrating. But I shall continue on. Eventually something will happen. (I've been good for 29 days and nothing.)

Nomoreknit, stay strong. It will come off in its own sweet time.

I made it 100% through the whole month of March. Now on to April....

Hey everyone! Things have been hectic, my little one started back at daycare and it has been crazy at work.. my family was in town and I hadn't seen them since last July..I noticed during their visit how terrible they eat! They filled my cabinets with snacks, regular coke, and had white bread and Krispy Kreme donuts on my counter!!! But I managed to avoid it all.. and even get them to eat some healthy dinners.. I am now on day 92 and weighed in this morning at 193! I'm not going to reach my mini goal of 180 by easter, but I am happy with my progress.. I have gone from size 18/20 pants and XL & 1X shirts to a size 14 and size L shirts.. it feels good!

BellasMommy, congrats to you for doing such an excellent job! What an accomplishment! Kudos to you for staying strong when your relatives arrived. I definitely know that's not easy. Awesome work!!

I've stayed strong thru March and hope to do the same thru April. Let's keep going>>>>
