Day 43 ladies! Still going strong.. i am sorry but today I must say woooo hooo... my first weigh in under 210! It was 209.6.. but my 1st time out of the 210's!!! I even had to take a pic of the scale.. lol! Unfortunately TOM decided to join me this morning.. and of course hubby is coming home for the weekend.. lol but I am thrilled to have finally gotten under 210 yippee skippy!

Stupid weight fluctuations. But.but.but. it's weigh in day & I want a loss!

I hear you though, I'm not going to blow my plan, I'll just have a darn good loss next week. Dammit.

Hey NoMore.. don't get down.. u will start dropping again soon! Today is day 44 for me.. I went to a women's show in Savannah with snacks galore.. and everyone in my group for lunch had cheese steaks, burgers and fries etc.. i on the other hand had my diet coke and salad.. which was not that great might I add.. but didn't break.. also when I got back to work they brought around triple layer chocolate cookie treats... LOOKED SOOO GOOD... i am the ONLY one who declined! That made me happy to see.. now i'm on a cleaning spree since the hubby is coming home for the weekend and its been a month since i've seen him.. i have been on track for all these days.. i am not going to let the joy of seeing him make me eat.. i hope! Dear ladies of our thread.. please give me the strength to stay on track and not let hubby joy make me turn to comfort food.. as I would like to buy smaller clothes and not be considered morbidly obese, obese, overweight anymore!! Thanks so much!

Hey everyone! Are you here??? :-) Day 48 here... spent a nice weekend with hubby.. did not break, although I was totally wanting pizza and wings!! Instead of made healthy turkey burgers and salad.. hubby was shocked i cooked (i don't do it often) had a good work out class today.. too bad only me and 1 other person showed up... there are 3 classes left and my 8 weeks are already over.. i would love to keep going but we need 8 committed people.. I am sad to say I do not think I am going to be able to recruit that many and it will be over.. :-( Today when I tried to get someone to join they said "let me know when you guys are all size 3's.. then i'll join!" Am I overreacting... but I thought that was way ignorant.. anyways.. i am still weighing in at 209... did an extra mile on the elliptical this evening.. lasted much longer than I normally would.. sorry for my vent, hope everyone is doing great.

Way to go staying stong with your hubby home Bella! You are doing fabulous!

I guess this is Day 35 for me since the thread started on 18 Jan. Ready to make the scale move this week! We had a four day weekend for Presidents Day and had Tuesday off for Mardi Gras, one bonus to working for the State of LA Hubby had to work all weekend, even sunday on his birthday. We went to Texas roadhouse and to see Safe House, it was a nice date night.

This week I will track all my food and get back to my exercise!!!

Hey y'all, sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I was really busy at work, the nerve of these people, they keep wanting me to do my job! LOL And after a four day weekend (I work for the state of Louisiana too) there was a stack of stuff that needed to be done.

Bellasmommy - Yay for a good weekend with DH!! And kudos for your home cookin'. That's great. You are sticking to your commitment, it's impressive!
Yes, I agree with you on the 'size 3' comment. *sigh* People truly are annoying at times, aren't they??

AFM, I'm here, didn't do so well with my tracking over the holiday, I went back after the fact to put in my calories. That's not a good idea. Can't budget, if you don't have any idea what you've spent, ya know? My weekly weigh in was today, and I was glad to see downward progress, after last weeks little gain. I'm ready to be out of these 270s though. Heck, I'm ready to be out of the 200s LOL.

I know we started this thread on Jan 18... but i am really trying to keep track of my official start day and not get confused so I am using the 4th.. but i was 100% all the way.. I am kind of annoyed because I have been exercising and eating right and i have been fluctuating from low 210 to 208.. and then back up.. its annoying.. i never want to see 210 again.. and every once in awhile it creeps back up.. i am hoping it is nice this weekend so I can take a super long walk with the baby.. NoMore - I'm glad you had a good date night!! Texas Roadhouse sounds soo good right now.. and Rachel you will get out of the 270's.. look how much u lost so far! I cannot wait to be done 43 lbs.. that is dedication! Keep up the good work Oh and I found a lean cuisine that has turkey with cranberry stuffing and sweet potatoes.. does not taste like diet food..... yummmmmmm- 0

Hey BellasMommy. Good deal finding something that doesn't taste like diet food I like Lean Cuisine's flatbread sandwiches, or soup and sandwich combos too. And dont let that scale get you down, I know it's easier said than done, but you are putting in the dedication, results will come!
I'm just going to keep telling myself Never Give Up. Fall down, get back up. It's not that hard!

It's day 53 here for me.. had a good weekend.. Took the baby out for a walk around the lake.. only got to go around once because it was chilly and windy, then I came home and did some of my band exercises.. today I wanted to walk the trail and it was chilly again with chance of rain.. so I did the elliptical instead..i am happy to say I cleaned out my closet and went through the dreaded box of clothes I haven't fit in since 2009..my jean skirt... fits! And my Eddie Bauer button up that I love so much.. fits with some room! I will be wearing it tomorrow to work. :-) It was nice that even though the scale has been lingering I am seeing results.. keep up the good work everyone!! :-)

See, you are getting results! Love closet shopping for "new" clothes. I know i've bought things too tight thinking I would get in them soon and never quite fot there until the past few months. I did buy myself a medium tshirt this weekend, thats one goal shirt. Back at work today, last week I was only here for two days, I cant seem to keep my family healthy But everyone is well so far this week.
Glad to see you still going strong Bella!
I'm not gonna hit my Easter goal if I dont start putting in some serious work, tired of the excuses I keep telling myself. I'm not happy with my body at 175 even though it is almost 40 lbs gone. Got To Keep Trying!!

Hey ladies... tomm is my 8 week weigh in and measurements to see what kind of progress I have made since starting with my trainer.. I am excited! And yes.. closet shopping is awesome.. I will let y'all know how it goes.
