Honestly, I'll be happy just to see 158 and get to 30 lbs!! Great challenge idea.

I always give DH a box of candy for Valentine's Day -- this year, I'm not even going to let him open in before he takes it into work to share.

I would like to lose 10 pounds or just be in the 130's...139 will be great- it will not be an easy task since I can't seem to lose weight, but I'll try.

My birthday is February 21st and I want to be in onederland by then! So Valentines day will just be one week earlier =]

I weigh in tomorrow, and after this christmas week, I am just hoping the damage isnt too bad. I definately let myself induldge a little too much. Very excited for this challenge!!! =]

Welcome to everyone! I can't wait to get to know one another more over the next few weeks. They are going to fly by, so let's make each and every one of them count.

I had my planned cheat day today, and I gotta say that the sweets I was so looking forward to were just not all that they were cracked up to be. Just goes to show you how your taste buds can change after eating clean for so long. Both my husband and I are already looking forward to getting back on plan tomorrow. I'm going to try to get back to only weighing in on Mondays again (except for tomorrow...it took me too long to get under 190 and, after today, there is no way I'm stepping on that scale tomorrow and depressing myself). I know that it'll take a few days of staying on track to undo the damage I did just this one day. But I will start feeling back into the swing of things in just a day or two.

I also made my sister promise me today that she wasn't going to use a sugar-hangover excuse not to come over tomorrow morning to exercise with me. We've been on plan for two weeks now, and I don't want to blow it. But even if she ranks out on me, I'll still do it on my own.

Here's to the start of a great challenge!!

I have been hanging around the 200 lb mark for soooooo long. Time to get all the left over holiday lasagna ( yes, I am also Italian ) out of the house and head to the gym.

Hi everyone, I'm Liz. I'm a teacher and today is the start of my three weeks vacation from work. Im excited to join this challenge! I'm a daily weigher and a calorie counter. I'm married, and 25. No kids. Can't wait to meet everyone!

I started off today with a happy scale, surprisingly. We went to church on Christmas morning, and then I had 3 healthy mini meals yesterday before going to my parents house at 4 for the big dinner and appetizers. I let myself enjoy the appetizers and dinner but I was too full for dessert. I also had 3 glasses of champagne. We didn't finish the eating until after 8pm, which is much later than I normally eat, so needless to say I was nervous about the scale today.

I weighed in at 147.8, which is down from yesterday! Yay. I know it might be champagne and dehydration, but I am still happy. Plan is to drink lots of water today, relax with the hubby, then get moving doing things around the house.

My goal for this challenge is to be into the 130s by Valentines Day! That's 7 pounds.

So no loss over the holiday weekend so I'm starting at 201. Aiming for 185 by Vday. It might not happen but I'm sure gonna try.

Oh, and yesterday I found out I was the winner on my team for the 20-something's biggest loser challenge. I was pretty excited about that.

Well I weighed in this morning and I am down to 268 so that means I have lost 12 pounds since I started the Christmas/NYE challenge. I passed my goal weight for that challenge yay.

since I have started my weight lost journey I have lost a total of 16 pounds. I am happy I wanted to loose 10lbs and I over passed it by 6 pounds. I want to loose another 10 pounds for this challenge. I have mini goals of 10lbs at a time. Instead of worry about that I need to loose 100lbs I plan on taking it 10lbs at a time I can't wait 4lbs more and I would have lost 20 pounds so hoping to go down lol...

I am ready for the new challenge... We have 5 more days till the new year....
