Look at you Miranda! Go girl!!!

Great job Annie, how exciting!

Everyone keep up the awesome work... I'll weigh-in tomorrow a.m. Looking to be up 1+ lbs because of TOM, but we shall see. I've been completely OP so any ticks up will be water retention I suppose!

Happy Thursday to all!!

Sandy- yea this semester is kicking my butt so not much time to get online and post but will try to get on and post every night or few times a week. I would love to be 150... I can't never seem to get out the 200s and ever time I get down to like 250 I seem to loose control and go right back up ARRRGG!! I want to be below 200 and into onderland soooo bad.. I guess if I want it that bad I should stay OP and work out more lol...

Italiannie- glad you are ok sorry about your car.. Yea not much you can do about winters mean sliders...

I love bob and dolvett.. I didn't like Anna and I miss jillian Could we have Bob dolvett and jillian all as trainers lol... I would love to be on the biggest looser..

I bought me a pedometer and I love it. I realized I don't walk enough lol...

Well time to weigh in and then off to do get some homework in and study I have 10 chapters due by feb 10....

I have been having maybe 1 mild headache, but no light headedness... I have been trying not to stress since does cause my BP to rise and my weight as well.. I have exercised some this week. I am hoping the scale will be nice to me.. I have been really depressed about myself lately and have thought what is the point, but then I look in the mirror naked and remember why I can't give up....

Great job lady's....

1/5 --265
1/12 --263
1/19-- 262

I weigh in at YMCA the other day cause again I was there for the indoor RC flying.. Well I can't believe it said I was 280 then today I weigh on my scale in two different parts of house one said 275 and other said 262 so I went with 262... I guess I should go with the 275 but that would mean I lost 5 pounds since Sunday and don't see how that could be... Ready to buy me a new scale and see what it says lol

Hello, ladies Everybody is doing such a great job on their plans, and I am proud of each and every one of you.
Annie-- I'm glad that you're okay! That must have been really scary. I'm so glad that you're back on track and dropping on the scale. You go, girl!
Sandy-- Good job reevaluating your goal. You are in charge of your weight loss, and it's great that you're doing this for your health and happiness.
Miranda-- Awesome job on your loss! Congratulations
Jean-- I agree with you! This group is amazing. It's great to be able to come somewhere and share both successes and failures. On other message boards, I've felt embarrassed to admit that I fell off the wagon, but it's not like that here.
Countrybarbie-- I'm sorry that school is making your life so hectic The stress of it all isn't exactly great for weight loss, and I so admire you for sticking to your guns and carrying on.
An update on me:
So, I was surprised by TOM today, but weighed in anyway. I'm only up a half pound from my last weigh in (so I'm 166), and I'm hoping for a whoosh after all of my water weight leaves. I have been so good the last few days I've resisted cheesecake, pizza, and my mom's homemade fried chicken. I know despite my weight, I'm moving in the right direction.

Oh no, that's terrible! Bless her heart... this would have devastated me as a young girl who LOVED her softball and volleyball! I will say a prayer for her that she'll heal quickly from surgery and be A-OK for volleyball next fall. Well wishes to all!

Hello all...Hope everyone is doing great. I have been struggling with late night cravings. For some reason I always have to have something sweet to eat at night. Does anyone else suffer from late night cravings??

I have been steady at 179 for the past 2 weeks, hoping for any kind of weight lost this week. I plan on hitting the gym everyday this week and my calories have been on point :-) ...so hopefully the scale reflects my hard work.

I am totally a night eater. I do really well all day until about 9, and then I could eat all night. Doing better this week with it, but still trying to control it.

Another night owl here. Not a bad thing, but the "early-to-rise" required by my schedule can be a buzz kill No matter how often I read or hear from someone that getting 8 hours sleep will support weight loss efforts, along with lots of other benefits, bedtime before the midnight hour often does not happen.

Hope everyone is doing well and feeling rested

Woke up with TOM! Hopped on the scale and am already up by 1.1 pounds. I am determined to not gain during it, man i hope that is possible

To those dealing with way more than TOM, like car crashes and torn ACLs (ouch), my best wishes to you
