OP Entire Month of December Challenge

  • For those of us who missed the 100% for 100 days challenge:

    Who's in for being On Program for the entire 31 days of December challenge? If we can do it in December, we can do it any time. Whatever your goals, whatever your program, vow to do it for 31 days. Develop the habit of being healthy. Prove to yourself that eating right and exercising is the best way to live. Life is really all about friends, family, experiences and love.

  • My goals for January 1, 2012:
    160 lbs and 39% fat.

    My program:
    1500 calories daily
    Cardio 40 min daily
    Stretching 15 min daily
    Strength exercises - 3 times a week
    Ab exercises - 4 times a week

    My goal for January 1, 2012:
    Loosing 20 pounds.

    Starting weight: 255
    Ending weight: 235

    My program:
    2-3 minutes of light cardio as my warm up daily.
    Heavy cardio 40 minutes daily.
    Stretching 15 minutes before and after routine daily.
    Working my abs 10 minutes daily.
