Here's a first pass at our goals list. Let me know if I messed up anything.
There's room for more -- please join us! SBD_Sass: To miss ZERO days is always my goal! Dec 1: Did my rehab twice, walked four miles, jogged a bit less than a quarter mile, biked two miles. Might do another round of rehab exercises before bed.

12/2: Body by Jake Extreme Body Workout with Steve Marcasa, 40 minutes. Good workout to do, you will def feel it when you're done. Good Friday workout ... one hard push before the weekend creeps in. Love getting it out of the way early in the day too. Dogs walk in about an hour or so.

Dec 2: Did my rehab once, biked 12.5 miles, remembered this thread at 10pm and did another round of rehab. 75 mins. |
So even though this week included the tail end of November I exercised Mon-Sat (today).
Dec 3: Susan Deason Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss, 50 min. This is a great yoga routine for beginners or non-yoga types. It's not any kind of hardcore workout, at all, but a great addition to everything else that is. I find it very calming and I always feel great afterwards. I'm going to try and make this part of my routine by doing this one day on the weekend and take the other weekend day off. |
