Oct 10 is Thanksgiving in Canada and here is the challenge to go with it:

Goal: anything you want (weight, staying on plan every day, fitness goal, etc.)
Progress: post as often as you want but at least once a week so we can follow your progress

and I had to walk the last 1 1/2 km. Cr@p!!!!!! The pain was horrible. I've been taking anti-imflamitories like crazy but it will likely be 4-5days before I can even attempt running again.
