I have no catchy little intro this month, just a burning desire to LOSE THIS WEIGHT!! Anyone is welcome to join us here this month to give and get some support on this weight loss journey. We have some great successes every month, and I can't wait to see all those who will meet their goals in October!
The rules of our challenge are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss, so just set a weight loss related goal(s) and I'll add it to our goal list for the month. When you reach your goal for the month it will be turned RED in our goal list!
