Hello my Gorgeous Fierce friends!! Sorry I haven't been posting lots! My weird training schedule at work has me all upside down!! 3 weeks of this late schedule.. Hopefully I'll get use to it by the end if the week
My goals:
Walk at least 4x week
Eat healthy meals, with nutritional value!
Allowed 1 bad day a week, but not to bad

& of course keep journaling my daily meals (I do this in a paper book & move it to my food blog once a week)
Dance more around the house! (I need to be silly more!)
Notice 1 small thing that makes me smile each day!
My smile today:
I went grocery shopping after work at 11pm lol and the guy behind me in line ran in front of me while I was paying and bagged all my groceries for me! (this was a store that you have to bag yourself). What a little sweetie
Other than that my boyfriend & I broke up a couple weeks ago... So just hitting me the last few days, so feeling a little sad/ lonely... But Im making it a point to go out, see friends, and thats why I added realizing one small thing a day that makes me smile!!
