Thanks PacSunMama! I also posted about it as an NSV, and because I had a connection with my Grandma urging me on (she passed almost 3 months ago, but she was my biggest weight loss cheerleader). I miss her so much but I know she's watching and supporting me still!
Thanks PacSun. You are always sooo busy, I don't see how you keep up with it all! It is unbelievable how much goes on in August for ppl just close to me (7 birthdays & 2 anniversaries (now 3, including mine))...and 2 more bdays for ur family...Hope your son and hubby both have great birthdays, and hope you don't stress too much trying to get everything taken care of.
Its hard to get back on track with eating, but must be doing something right, cause I am back down to my last weigh in for competition (but I had lost 2 lbs after that) so still have 2 lbs to go. Slowly but surely! I AM SO READY TO GET THE 200's behind me!!! and literally off my BEHIND!!
Hey everyone, how's your week been? Been staying OP, even though it's been hard with my twins starting kindergarten this week. Where does time go?? My babies are so grown up! Good thing I still have their baby brother at home or I'd probably go crazy--but he'll already be four months old Sunday! Geesh. I weighed the other day and was down another pound, so we'll see if that stays gone (and hopefully takes at least one more buddy with him!) for Sunday's official weigh in. Fingers crossed! Have a great weekend everyone!

Again, not setting any WL records but grateful for another loss. I've had some more health related issues and I feel so scattered and off track lately. Lots of emotional eating - boo. Happy to see many of you had a great week.

It's good to see that loss after having gained a bit a week ago. I have been staying OP diet wise and hope to add exercise in soon. How is everyone else doing?

Weighed in this week: 201.8! So... really buckling down on every aspect of my program, which I've been relaxed about the last few weeks if I'm really honest. Yes I've been within my calories, but that includes junk food and not exercising the way I should be.
But this week will be different because I'm going to come crashing into the 100-somethings and make a grand entrance.
