Nights are definitely the worst for me. I don't know what type of plan you're following, but for me, I count calories. So, I try to save most of my calories for about after 8. I'm a HUGE night owl during the summer and I stay up until around 1 or 2 in the morning, so having those calories saved up definitely helps.

I'm a night owl as well, so I eat light breakfasts and save calories for nigh. XD
