Weigh-in Update
I awoke this morning feeling far less sore and just wonderful so I decided to weigh myself and now I have an awesome update!!
LOST 3.0 & 7% OF MY GOAL!:encore: So excited to share, I ran all the way from my bathroom to my computer in the buff just so I can share - :woohoo: What a great day - hit 20 total lbs lost and Harry Potter tonight :corn: Have a smashing weekend ladies, LFG |

I just rescued our thread from page 2! I was holding water yesterday too, I've been weighing daily because I can't stand the suspense. Lol!
Is everybody getting ready for Wednesday? Weigh in number two! I'm staying active today and drinking lots of water. If I just stay away from the carbs for the next two days I think I'll have a good solid 2.5 lbs lost for the WI. |
Ya, calorie counting gets me in trouble with the carbs because they have less calories the fat they are deceptive little *******s. If I can control anything it's carbs though after a few days super low carb (under 50) I don't even want them a anymore.

I think this challenge should be open since its individual end goals, just the weekly goal of 2.5 lbs a week. Open enrollment! No rules!
I'm still at 250 this morning no matter how hard I try I cannot shift down! I've had three stellar on plan days in a row, my breath smells like death, I'm drinking water till I nearly wet myself coughing and my treadmill wants a vacation. WTF is wrong with me!!!! I hope I have a huge whooooosh by tomorrow morning or I'm going to have a big fat 0 for week two. |
OMG is it tuesday already? TOM ruined my week, I have lost 0.4 lbs since last wednesday :(
wants2bhealthy: You can add your name to the spreadsheet, just don't leave any empty spaces in the weight fields. Repeat the starting weight or the loss formulas will not work. I hope my scale is kind to me tomorrow morning. Good luck everyone! |
