Friday marks a whole new month, and June was a let down for me, I only have 9 weeks till my holiday and need a kick of motivation, 15 pounds would be amazing! This means it would be about 3 pounds a week which is tough and I could do with some tips for getting through the day with a calorie limit but it is definately doable! Weigh day is on Mondays or Tuesdays to make the weekend temptations go away, but I might weigh in every few days!
