I have been doing the 30 day shred on and off. I want to be successful for the entire 30 days.

I want to eat healthy and exercise for the entire 30 days, and that is my goal.

Very Excited about this have had 2 days of pure sloth

so back on Track and startin this June 1st and it'll keep me in check

the more accountability with me the better

will measure tomorrow and post my measurements

I'd like to join in. I just ordered a 30-day shred and a couple of other dvds from Amazon and they should be here in 5-8 days. I'll start when they come, doing other exercise in the meantime, and continue for one month from the arrival date.

I'll join in on this I have the DVD and almost died the first time I did it LOL but I'm in better shape right now so I don't think I'll pass out! Just a heads up tho I need to stay motivated so if I start to slack off can you ladies give me a swift kick in the rear?

I'd like to join y'all if I can... I keep starting it and never going past a couple of days. Between this and C25k (doing them at separate times of the day and drinking TONS of water), I am hoping to see results this summer by the time I go back to school!
