Friday ~ Sweets and bread are two of my major downfalls...give me a nice loaf of bread with butter any day and I'll have half the loaf gone in 5 minutes. Great goals!

GettinFit ~ Good for you for sticking with your regular breakfast! It can be so easy to deviate...good work!

I haven't been here in forever it seems! I started working last week after staying at home with my baby for the last 2 years. It's only part time but I hate leaving her. But the good news is, it's less time sitting at home on my butt eating. My weigh in this morning was 205....i was so excited! I have to read through the last 2 pages of this thread to catch up but i hope everybody's doing great!!

Good Friday ( I try to avoid meat on good friday) but i dont want to over do on carbs.. going to look in to fish.. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

I walke da few miles this week.. I need to push myself more. after work i was so tired...
Going to try to watch my carbs today. whil ei avoid meat for good friday.

Patty paw.. Thats one reason im happy to go to work. avoid the food. But Good luck with your job!!

Hi Patty! I know what you mean about being at work = not eating as much. I get into a routine during the work week with my eating and the weekends are hard for me b/c I'm not on my routine. But, I'm trying to make a routine to stick to during the weekend as well. It's so nice that you were able to stay home with your child for two years! I'm wondering once we start having kids if I will be the kind of person who wants to stay home or wants to go back to work.

Friday ~ Good for you for sticking with no red meat on Good Friday...I can't believe Easter is this weekend already!

My WI was this morning and I was finally able to break through the 180s. Granted, I weighed-in at 179.4 yesterday and 179.8 this morning, so it's still reaaaalllly close to 180, but I'm counting it as being out of the 180s. I hope everyone has a great day!

Happy Easter, Autumn Beauties. Keep up the great work, ladies. I had a nice two days off work and I must be doing well because my teenage sisters noticed right away yesturday, wow, you lost a lot of weight!"...but really all I did was lose the weight I gained back during vacation. Friday - Great job on not overeating during the weekend!

Monique - Glad to hear you're back on track and what a nice compliment from your younger sister. Keep up the great work.

Emme - How was your weekend?

Lisa - How'd you do over the weekend? You have been doing an awesome job.

Patty - I hope you had a great weekend too!

My weekend was good. I had family visiting and they left this morning. Now it's back to my normal routine. I am really excited to get strict with my calorie counting again. I was so motivated by my Mom. She started out a few years ago at 235 and she's 170 now and look amazing. I was joking with her about her tiny little waist (wishing mine looked like that). There is no way I can let my Mom be smaller than me!!! She really want to see me and my sister stick with our programs, lose the weight and be healthy.

I need to start logging my food again for accountability.

Today's journal:
B: large orange, greek yogurt, coffee w/flavored creamer
L: Chicken breast, salad w/ff raspberry viniagrette dressing, 1 pc dark choc
S: Popcorn, coffee
D: Chicken, yellow & green squash
Exercise: TBD

Good morning, everyone! Sounds like everyone had a really nice weekend. I am off today because I work for a Catholic university and they recognize the day after Easter as our holiday day off, so I am going on day #6 of not being in my routine at work (I've been off since last Wednesday). I ate some gooooood food on Saturday and Sunday, and my weight stayed below 180 which I was really hoping for. I'm going to try to stick to my "if I was at work, this is how I would be eating" routine today. Happy Monday to all...a few more days left of April...wow!!

Gettin fit..hmmm never thought about it that way...Looks like you all are doing great here! Right here goes......

My Last week of april challenge
1. Eat OP every day, try to lose 2 lbs
2. I'd like to workout 3 times this week, however just recovering from my week from **** so I will settle for 1 or 2
3. I will visit this thread probably every day
4. I'd like to track my inches, my waist is currently 45"
