GW:250 It's been a little hard to stay on plan this week, my FH (future Hubby) works fifo 2 weeks on 1 week off, and this was his week back. I didn't cheat food wise, but I was so busy I didn't get to exercise as much as I would of liked. He's heading back this Wednesday so back to business! |
