    Everyone is welcome to post fitness and exercise goals for February 2011 here and then track them through the month. Log your workouts, your minutes, the times you take the steps instead of the elevators, anything that gets you moving more whether the goal is big or small.

    State your goal in a post. I will add your goal to the goal list. When you reach your goal, it gets turned Red.

  • February is a short month, so I'm going for 1300 minutes again. I'm also going to continue putting a * on entries where I avoided doing the same workout two days in a row because that helped my variety.
  • My goal is 3000 minutes.
  • My exercise goal for February is to walk on the Treadmill for 7hours(1680min) or more a week and walk around the school on breaks

    My goal is to make it to the gym 12 times and workout at home at least six. I will be traveling for work this month so I'm hoping that I will be able to reach my goals.
  • In honor of my favorite day (my birthday) - 1300 minutes!

  • I did pretty good working out last month, but in December this thread motivated me, checking in every day. Since its a short month. My goal will be 1000 min this month.
  • hi all id also like to join u ppl ,i joined the gym about a week ago so exercising is still new to me so ill do 965 minutes of exerccise in feb

  • my goal is 1000 minutes. I do need to take it easy as i'm still not cleared for hardcore exercising since my c-section.... but 1000 minutes... i can do it!


    1-50 mins WATP 4 fast miles
    2-50 mins WATP 4 fast miles

  • My goal will be 20/28 and 1200 minutes.
  • My Goal for this month, is to do something everyday. I like doing the 60 minutes of step a day and I would like to keep up with that. But I think It would be good If I took at least one day off a week. I don't want to over do it.

    So I guess 24/28 and 60 minutes a day.
  • I been wanting to jump into HIGH gear with working out and jumping right in might be DRASTIC but I been ready for soooo LONG so my goal is to do 20/28 days for a total of 1200 minutes.... Wish me luck!

  • I am gonna try for 1500 minutes! Last month, I only tried for 1000 and I know I can do that plus more this month.
    1 . 45 minutes of cardio boxing plus 30 minutes of treadmill.

  • I joined this group in January and it really motivated me, and I hit my goal of 168 kms and passed it!

    2011 kilometers in 2011 means 155 kms in February!

    And here's my February so far:

    1. 3 walk + 5 gym = 8 kms


    Total for February: 8 kms
