February Weight Loss Challenge
January was a little rocky for some of us, but February is a new (and short) month. It's a perfect time to set some good, new goals AND ACCOMPLISH THEM! :D
The rules of this thread are simple. We are here to provide each other some accountability along the path to weight loss. So, you just set your weight loss related goal(s) and it gets added to a goal list. When you reach your goal, it gets turned Red. We have a sister thread for exercise related goals: February Exercise Challenge. All exercise related goals can be posted there. We love to hear about your success, as well as your challenges throughout the month. We're here to support and encourage each other to be our best. So, let's get started! |
Lose 5 lbs. I'll chack my starting weight in the morning and I'll go from there. Oh..and read a health/diet book. That'll be a good start. Look forward to getting my rear in gear this month!

My goal for January is to finally finally finally hit my goal weight of 140lbs and cruise right past it to 137lbs.
So my first goal is 140 and my second goal is 137 |
Well, January was a bust. :( I'm planning for February to be better though. I'm reasonably sure I'm retaining water so I'm going to wait a few days before figuring out what my target weight is, but I'll go ahead and say my goal is to lose three pounds.

My goal is to shed 5.5 pounds. I lost 11 pounds in January.

I will be posting more on the exercise thread this week, only because I dont have a scale here at the house.
I go to the doctor on the 8th so I will find out my weight then and keep you guys posted. I would love to lose 8 pounds this month. I have a 5 week old and am breastfeeding... so the doctors don't want me losing too much at a time. |
January goal will be to loose 6lbs will check my starting weight tomorrow. Didn't meet my last two monthly weight goals but I lost 12lbs so far so 6lbs should be more realistic :)

1. To get out of the 160's.... 2. To add tons more veggies to my diet. |

My goal is to lose 10 pounds! It's shooting a little high, but I figure I can do it since I am starting at such a heavy weight. I'll post my starting weight tomorrow morning!
My exercise goal is to get to the gym 5x a week for 45 min, but we'll see how that pans out. |

My goal is to loose 7 lbs. in Feb. and to go on my tredmill 4 times a week for 20 min.....

January was a long month of not much happening for me February will be different. In November I lost 4 lbs, December 3 lbs, then January only 1 lb lost. I went up and down all month long. This month well be differnt. My first goal is to get to 157, which would be a total of 10 lbs lost since I stated in November. My end of the month goal is to get to 155.

My Feburary goal is to lose 5 pounds! I have gained every month for the past year...2011 cannot be this way!
