Hopeful! that is wonderful! you totally rocked this challenge.

I haven't lost and I have actually gained! not a whole pound so I am just a bit back over 172! I took a day off of exercising yesterday and felt icky all day. LOL

You guys are doing awesome. Keep it up! See you tomorrow!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!

I did pretty good over the weekend, but I did lose a battle with the Coors light in the fridge at least it is gone now, onward!

I weigh in on Fridays, but feel pretty bloated today, stupid beer (stupid me)!

Congrats to everyone that is losing ~ I hope to be a loser this week too

YES!!!! I also had a "Super" Super Bowl Party tense at times but we did it!!!!

I woke up with sausage fingers but I am confident the water weight gain will be gone tomorrow!

I have been totally on plan since last Wed, and the scale is only down 0.6 lbs. Grrr!!! I'm hoping I see more loss by my weigh-in on Wed morning.

i binged last night. i ordered pizza. i ate 2 pieces and a few breadsticks. I am definitly an emotional eater. I'm not proud of myself. But i'm glad that i stopped before the pizza was devoured.
Pizza is now gone..and time to start day one again.

it's amazing how quick my mood can change and i dont care about everything healthy iw as so pumped about 10 minutes prior.

Iknow my trigger is my emotions.. things get bad.. i eat.... i need to be aware of that.. and hop on here when i get in a 'mood'

Hi all,
I was in this thread in the beginning of January and was doing so great. Then I got a computer virus and without the ability to check in, my commitment went to the wayside. So here I am again hoping to lose 10lbs for the month of January. Good luck.

I just found this site and by extension, this challenge. If it is not too late, I would like to post a goal for February. I want to drop 10 pounds. My start weight is 205, so... by the 28th I want to see or already have seen 195.

Dang it. I don't know if I am going to take anothe day off again. Seems like I have to recover from the day off. I am up another pound so that is 173. I'm going to have to go fix my ticker. Those pieces of pizza are seeming to stick with me.

Didn't bother acknowledging the scale this morning. I knew it wasn't gonna be pretty. I'll check tomorrow since I'm sure there will still be some Super Bowl effects lingering. Today's been POP and I'm feeling good...getting my water and all.
Just wanted to do a quick check-in since I probably won't have time later.

slimlizzie-Where are in you in our great state? I've been meaning to ask. I'm in the northwest now but lived in Green Bay for a few years, before moving here. That was an awesome place to live!
