I've been out and naughty (and not in the oh-so-good way I would like to be ). Monday, I woke up to chest pains and numbness in my right arm. I ended up in the hospital and was diagnosed with a pinched nerve. So they drugged me up and sent me home with orders to take the rest of the week off. I go back to work on Sat. My eating has been just shyt. There will definitely be a gain on Friday. I start my new shift Sat (overnight: 10 pm to 7 am) and I'm hoping both my eating and sleep will get back on track now that I will be having steady hours instead of the insane hours they were giving me. Since it's almost a given that I will not be able to go home for a visit this summer, I'm looking into taking summer courses at school. The only problem would be that I would have to pay out of pocket since I'm getting my summer financial aid request in late. We'll see what happens. Hope you all are doing great!
Doesn't look like I'll make my 10 lb goal. Now, if I could just break through 190 I'll be happy. Lots of HIIT and clean eating - muscles are building up, so maybe that's why the scale isn't showing a difference
4/03: 195
4/10: 195
4/17: 195
4/24: 193
5/01: 193 slow and steady wins the race????
5/08: 194
5/15: 192
5/24: 192 - I've seen every lb up to 197 this week!

Looks like I'll not be making my goal. Now, if I could see 189 by MD I'll be SOOOOOO happy. Cutting back on weight training this week and upping hiit cardio. We'll see! (When I finally weigh 135 I'll have one rock hard body!)
Congratulations to all who have or are about to reach their challenge goal! For those who have not but have made downward progress celebrate that success.
I had a crazy busy late winter/spring and stopped CCing. I am happy that I am still at the same weight I started this challenge, instead of gaining! I am ready for summer and CCing and working out.
Congrats to all who have reached their goals, gotten close, and never stopped trying - you all are an inspiration!!
My apologies for being MIA - now that I have graduated finally, I'm back! Just in time to see everyone's hard work, and to thank you all for being here on this journey!
Tomorrow is Memorial Day and here are my final results:
Starting weight: 177.2
Ending Weight: 155.4
Total Lost: 21.8 pounds
I really had a bad time with the 60's, but it seems things are moving AGAIN . . . I had hoped to be a bit further along, but I'm happy with the outcome!!! Everyone enjoy the long weekend and hope your skies are
