Yep, I posted yesterday Getting through the weekend ~ DH wanted to go out and eat after we saw a movie, but I convinced him to go home where we could eat some nice, baked salsa chicken. Yesterday was my high calorie day, so I didn't want to jack up my weight-loss system.

I can't believe its really March already!

I did have a relapse and lazy 2 1/2 weeks prior to March 1 and went up but now I'm back down to 176 and I'm ready to continue to see how much I can lose for Memorial Day!!

This week's update. Goal is (185-175)
1/16: 215.8
1/23: 213.6
1/30: 212.6
2/06: 208
2/13: 206.2
2/20: 205.4
2/27: 204.6
3/06: 203

After the last two slower weeks, I was hoping for a whoosh, but I am glad to take 1.6 pounds for the week!!! It was a tough one, hungry all the time this week! I stuck it out, stayed on plan, just ate at the top of my range for a few days and then tried to eat at the lower end when my stomach allowed it. What a battle! Once I get to Onderland, I will be just about at the halfway point for this challenge. My eyes are on Onderland .

Surrender, yup, a loss is a loss, that's the way I have to look at things the last couple weeks!

Dcap, way to go with that pound while so busy!

Rainbow, you and I are neck and neck. Grab my arm and pull me into Onderland with you, will ya?

Emme, good choice eating at home instead of out! Darn PMS gets all of us once in a while. You will be rewarded next week, I am sure!

Bubbs, I feel your excitement! Keep it up!

Jasonslea, how was your weigh in?

MadamB, how was your weigh in?

Good luck to everyone this week. I am going to really try to kick it into high gear this week. I am getting sick of sitting on this perch overlooking Onderland, time to do some serious butt-er-kicking and get over this hump!!! I'd love to add some outside activities into my days, but it keeps snowing, and snowing, and snowing, and raining, and freezing, and blowing. Where is Spring? I neeeeeeeeed spring! I think that's why my butt-er is melting so slowly, it's too cold! That's not stopping me though, I will kick butt-er indoors!

1/23: 175.2 (-2.0)
1/30: 173.6 (-1.6)
2/6: 170.6 (-3.0)
2/13: 168.8 (-1.8)
2/20: 167.6 (-1.2)
2/27: 165.2 (-2.4)
3/6: 164.4 (-0.8)

Wow! It looks like you ladies are hanging in there are really kicking some butt! Congratulations on your losses this week-- you're doing so well.
Dcapulet-- Good luck on your exam and your loss this coming week
MadamButterfly--Yes, ma'am, I am! Thanks for being here for accountability. You're just awesome like that. I was so proud of myself last night-- everyone else in my family had full-fat, full-sugar ice cream sundaes while I sat there munching a banana, which I chased down with almond milk. How about you? Good luck kicking butt-er this coming week! I'm sure you'll do a fabulous job.
DiamondAries-- Congratulations on rededicating to your goal!
Emme, Surrendertolis and jomatho: CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LOSSES! Keep on keeping on.

Thank you everyone! I can actually get to the gym five days this week, so I'm hoping I'll have more of a loss by this upcoming weekend.

Congrats on your losses everyone and BIG HUGS to anyone struggling. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!

surrender-- You're plenty welcome, ma'am! Wow, 5x a week; that's commitment. I hope you get lots of happy endorphins from your workouts!
dcapulet-- You're welcome I hope you have a fabulous time on spring break =D
C25k is going pretty well! I do Week 9, day 2 tomorrow, and then I have about a month to build up my speed before my race in April... I'm pretty slooooow right now, but hopefully that will change soon. I plan to increase my speed about a half mile/hour every week until the race.

Madam - Yep! I'm still hanging in there! Hey and -.8 is way better then +.8 keep that in mind

Dcap - How'd your exam go???

Surrender - Any loss is a win! lol!

Our Lady - How does Almond milk taste? I didn't like the soy milk AT ALL!

Had sinus surgery in February and now I have a nasty little infection so no exercise. Boo. BUT still making some progress. Weigh in Monday 201! SOOOOOOOO close to goal of having my weight start with a 1 LOL now to work on those other 2 pesky numbers!!!!

Bought myself a wakeboard and bindings of my own OH BOY! Probably not a very bright move considering I'm 44 but its fun and I'll never get better borrowing peoples equipment. So....fun exercise is MUCH better then work!!!
