Ladies - thank you all - really. I came her for some motivation and a kick in the pants (thanks, madam!) and I have returned refreshed!

Yesterday = 100% on plan, 105 min exercise

Today = 100% on plan, 85 min exercise

I've had a back slide the last week with birthday's and company and running to the kids to a million activities but I am starting fresh on a Monday morning and with the new month starting I feel motivated!!! I've also found a workout buddy that is not going to let me off the hook.

Not much snow after all, thankfully the storm turned out to be a dud! I'm still working on the diet plan, so far so good. My free day was AWESOME! I had an 11 year old birthday dinner to attend and she chose Buffalo Wild Wings. UHG! So thankful it was on my free day. I had a wrap so i wasn't even all that bad. It's funny...I used to think on my free day all I would eat is potato chips and cookies! BUT turns out I miss things i used to think were healthy! LOL! Like granola bars or SALAD WITH LOTS OF RANCH DRESSING MMMMMM! (can't have the dressing on this diet plan so THAT's what I chose to eat on my free day!) NUTS! But GREAT. Had lucky charms for breakfast tho ..and a scoop of my Nemesis....chocolate chip ice cream! YIKES

So - change diet CHECK! I think my way of life is in full swing so now I have to get back on the exercise horse! I WANT TO MAKE THAT HORSE INTO GLUE!

CRM - Monday's are always a good day to start fresh!
DCAP - Tks! Glad to hear you are back on track!
c_laura - WELL THEN IT'S HAS TO BE A BETTER WEEK FOR YOU THIS WEEK RIGHT!!!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and welcome back from the weekend!

Hello everyone! Yes, I'm feeling much better after battling that GI bug! I have two finals due this up-coming weekend and so I've been stress eating a little bit. Ugh. Not too bad, really. I only went off plan one day. But still, it was pizza. Not the best choice. I totally forgot to weigh myself over the weekend as I had to work. My work hours were weird last week and on top of battling the stomach flu, my week was so off my normal routine. I'll be weighing myself tomorrow morning to kick off my March challenges and see how well I did for the month of February. This week will be so much better, though!

A huge congrats to those who've lost in the past week and BIG HUGS to anyone struggling! We can do it!

Good Evening Everyone;

Just a quick post before I get a little shut-eye.

Jomatho; look at how well you're doing, don't discount all the hard work you've done and you are doing GREAT on the scale . . . just keep doing what works for you and you WILL DO IT!!

Rainbow: I've often figured out how much butt-er I've lost and tried to imagine it duct taped to my body . . . ewwwwwwwww and OH NO . . .

claura; Welcome back, they say bad things come in threes, well 1. injury 2. being sick 3. laptop issues So you've had your bad things and now it's time to do your miles . . . just jump back in and jog, jog, jog . . .

dcap; Soooo glad that little kick in butt-er helped and even happier you are back in the swing of things . . . just keep moving . . . no matter what life throws in your way . . . (oh I may need a kick in the butt-er too, I'll let you know in a few days) . . . until then I just keep moving . . .

crm; that's so great you found a workout buddy and even BETTER that they won't let you off the hook . . . so no excuses for you

bubbs: sounds like you enjoyed your FREE DAY . . . now hop on that horse and ride 'er for all she's worth . . .

surrender; so glad you're feeling better . . . being sick is just . . . icky. Pizza, I love it, well actually I don't but the idea of this perfect pizza with perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese and toppings . . . sounds soooo good, but I just can't find the right pizza for ME . . . <sigh> oh well maybe that's a good thing . . .

OK, I am fighting my own demons this week and just keep telling myself to keep on moving . . . so we will see if it works. Have a great night and tomorrow is a new day and a new month AND A NEW YOU!!

ONLY 2 1/1 WEEKS TIL SPRING!!

Oh I'm so excited, maybe the temps will be WARMER, (I hope!!)

Jomatho; what do you mean you want to be more like us guys . . . lady you are doing SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD . . . you ARE like the rest of us . . . you're down almost 12 pounds in 6 weeks, almost 2 lbs per week . . . that's perfect . . . you don't want to lose it toooooo fast, keep doing what you're doing and you WILL reach your goal!!

bubbs; on your first goal . . . I think I see ONE-DER-LAND in the very near future . . . keep it rollin . . .

JasonLea: all I can say is WOW . . . you may be busy with job hunting and school but you've obviously made time to work on your goals . . . WTG

Surrender: Don't blow off that 8 pounds, that is 24 sticks-o-butt-er melted away forever . . . Think about duct taping 24 sticks o butter all over your body . . . You just keep meltin' that butt-er away . . . You're doing GREAT!!

crm: how's it going with the workout buddy????

decap: I'm always happy to kick you in the BUTT-ER . . . Hope you're back on track . . .

OK ladies I have a question - have any of you done JM No More Trouble Zones??? I did it the other day and OMG it kicked me right in the BUTT-er . . . I loved it, but I think this is the hardest video I've done so far . . .

Blah. Weighed in at 186.4 which is up 0.8 from last Friday. I'm PMSing and I always gain a bit during that time, but why did it have to be on my WI day (insert obnoxious whine here)?!

I hope everyone has a great Friday, and a good, healthy eating day!

Thanks MadamButterfly! That is something I need to work on, looking at the big picture. It does all average out to a good per week loss, but the last two weeks have been -0.8, so I am worried about why things are slowing down. I know, quit worrying. So, I will keep trying to look at the big picture. I will stay focused and fake it til I make it! Official weigh in on Sunday, but I am like a bouncy ball on the scale this week, so who knows what Sunday will bring. I think this whole Onderland thing is really getting on my nerves!!!

I know! I can't wait til Spring! Thank you! I know that 8 pounds is still really good and that any loss is a success. Just gotta keep the scale moving in the right direction! This week has been so much better than last week, so I'm excited for my weigh in tomorrow morning!

Nope, I've never done the JM No More Trouble. I've actually never heard of it. I don't have any workout videos. I do have access to Exercise On Demand on TV, which I've used on occasion when I couldn't get out of the apartment. I don't really like them too much, honestly. I feel like I have horrible coordination when I'm doing them and I feel like I'm doing it all wrong lol. Good luck with the workout! Sounds like the tough ones are the ones that work the best!
