Nienna You are so good for not letting the weight fluctuations get to you. I saw a jump up on the scale the other day and I felt like giving up. I think that is my problem! Anyways I am down to 230 so5 lbs to go!

weigh in today was much better than last week.......whew........ 304.7/300.7 down 4 lbs. (was really hoping to get out of the 300's. but that's okay, next week will be the week!)

2beautiful2befat: Yeah, weight fluctuations used to really, really bother me, too. I still can't say that I actually find those bounces up to be pleasant experiences, but I have found that I usually drop a larger number after bouncing up. Keep up the good work!

Down a little bit more this morning,, thanks to Jillians 30 day shred,, did level 2 & 3 yesterday evening with some friends. It's funnier to workout with other people.. Pushes me to don't give up..

Had a very bad week last week but Im doing good so far this week down 1.5 lbs from the 4 pounds I gained eeek lol my stats are
