Totsandfries: I have never been able to add in treats without backsliding and binging. I'm a massive binger, and that behavior scares me the most. So I've had to cut out all junk food, trigger food, and food treats.
I wish I could eat the occasional slice of cake, but I don't seem to be able to. Maybe someday. |

I admit to jealousy of several of you - your successful calorie limits, your being able to include treats. Just remember, those are reasons to make this be the time you reach and maintain goal. Our bodies are more resistant the more we yo-yo. Let's keep it moving the right direction as we enter November. We're going to do this! And we're going to hang on to our success! Jill, it's a loss!!! You didn't gain, you didn't maintain, you LOST weight! In the big picture, that is just fantastic! I personally think any downward trend is a joy!
