I'm reallly bad at exercising so I will start of slow, I will not take the elevator this month and walk 10,000 steps 4Xs a week.

ma26: 700 minutes cardio, 20 sessions weight training
dcapulet: 1200 minutes
julie99s: 1500 minutes
pnkrckpixikat: 600 minutes cardio
chrystelle69: stretch in the morning 3 times a week, cardio twice a week, stand up while I teach instead of sitting down, do resistive training twice a week, clean up my room everyday
Marniadec: 800 minutes cardio, strength training 6 days a week
CardboardCutoutCat: 140 minutes
freethetoys: 19 days of exercise, 30-40 mins a session
Ms Perception: marathon; Oct8-31: 2 days strength training, 3 days run, 1 day other cardio
Kukkie84: gym 3 times a week for 30 min cardio AND 30 minute weights
2Bees: walk 62 miles, do an exercise video or resistance band 5 times(15 min each)

still feel sore frm all the jumping hopping frm plyo yesterday ... had a lovely s&a workout.. ab ripper x was a killer but oh so gud lol! :)
