CW 203 GW 199 I started the 5 lb challenges on 8/27 at 210 so I am on track for my year end goal. I have lost 2 to 3 lbs each challenge which is terrific to me. These short term goals really make a difference in how I handle the diet/exercise. I look at today and today's accomplishments not some never-never land in the future. So thanks guys for pulling me along. |
