  • Sorry for getting another late start here, but let's gear up for fall with a strong September!

    The rules of this thread are simple. You set your weight loss related goal(s), it gets added to the goal list. When you reach your goal, it gets turned Red.   • I will start. I've had a shameful summer of eating poorly and gaining weight, so turning that around is step #1!
    My goals:
    Lose 10 pounds (I'll own up to my start weight in the morning.)
    Track food and weight daily (even when out of town!)
  • SW: 215.8
    GW: < 205

    Lose 10 pounds
    No fast food
  • Goals -
    Lose 8 lbs.
    Weigh Daily
    Check In 3X a week

    SW - 227.0
    GW - 219.0
  • Yay!

    For September my goals are:
    - Lose 10 pounds
    - Weigh every day
    - Eat totally clean (no treats this month!)
    - Exercise at least 3 times per week

    MsPerception , I'm in the exact same boat as you, I've also had a whole Summer of eating and drinking and gaining. FINALLY took the plunge yesterday and stood on the scales. A 10lb gain but I thought it would be a lot more so I'll graciously accept that and now I'll work on getting rid of it and resuming good eating and exercise.

    So, my goal for this month is to lose 6lbs. That's 180-174

    Also to exercise 5 times a week at least and CUT DOWN on alcohol especially wine.

    - Quit snacking/watch calories better
    - Stop eating at night!

    I usually am not able to take off 7 pounds in one month because I am a bit generous to myself with the daily calorie intake. However, I thought I might try to push myself since I am getting close to my stated goal (which I may change but I am not prepared to commit to that yet!)
